Any photos or videos submitted as entries for this competition are done so on the condition that: I confirm that I am the sole copyright owner and creator of the submitted content. I grant the contest organizers permission to display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content for the purposes of judging, promoting, and publicizing the competition and results across their websites, social media (with the exception of TikTok permission above), and promotional materials, both online and in print. I understand that submitted photos/videos may be edited, adapted, published, or otherwise altered at the organizers' discretion without compensation to or approval from me. I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and release the competition organizers from any claims or liabilities related to the future use and publication of the submitted content. I confirm that the submitted content does not infringe on any third party copyrights or contain any illegal or objectionable material. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entries they deem objectionable or inappropriate.
